Excellent Information. Personally, I spend 80% of my time on items 11-13 because these are the activities which add maximum value. Of course, the the others are important but time management calls for prudence (e.g, not spending too much time answering emails)

Interesting post. Its always very difficult to strategise everything for a website owner but as these agencies complete half the work the website owner is just left with the job of counting money and checking e-mails.
