With every new quarter, we work on building a more aggressive strategy, building off our previous product launches. We’ve really pushed Logitech to take some of their budget and keep moving it to digital, with the results to match.

Transforming Logitech's digital strategy, one region at a time

Digital Fundamentals - Pulling Logitech back to the fundamentals at the beginning of our process allowed us to get their strategy right across each platform. For Logitech, ensuring that fundamentals were right from the start was a huge win for a company with the global marketing scale of Logitech.

Consulting - Developing the strategy, execution and tactical approach has allowed us to apply different methodology for multiple marketing areas. We’ve leveraged our skills at a global level, presenting strategy to different markets and assisting with internal education on how to implement those strategies across the board.

Reporting - We’ve created Logitech’s entire global digital marketing reporting structure, so they can gather data globally and enjoy consistency across the board. We’ve assisted in helping them identify what information they need to make good marketing decisions, understanding performance using a data benchmark by taking all the data and making it accessible from a single place.

Asset Development - Our asset approach has been to leverage high-performing landing pages, which have a huge impact on their marketing. We've also created videos which are much more localised and are performance-focused. Webprofits has evolved asset creation by testing messaging, and assets have become an area where we’re increasingly leaned on for support.

5.

Testing - Due to Logitech’s structure, we’ve been able to try multiple assets, watch them fail, and try again. Our campaigns have become a rich platform for testing, ensuring there’s a fundamental test at the root of each asset as part of our ongoing growth-mindset.
