I’m currently on the lookout for a Growth Hacker to help me grow Web Profits and the various companies and ventures we invest in.

Because I need someone who can handle all aspects of online marketing to drive rapid growth… everything from Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, Viral Strategies, UX, Social Media… you name it.

Who I’m looking for…
First of all, you need to be hungry… hungry to learn, hungry to succeed, hungry to grow, hungry to push yourself further than you’ve ever been pushed before because you know that’s where success lies.
You need to know how to write direct-response copy. You don’t need to be the best in the world at it, but you do need to know how to write a sales letter, an autoresponder campaign, a landing page… and understand how to persuade people to take action through copywriting.
You need to have experience with online advertising and conversion rate optimisation – I can show you what you need to do to get to the next level, but I don’t have time to show you how online advertising and conversion rate optimisation works.
You need to be comfortable with the technical stuff – setting up domain names, WordPress blogs, getting around HTML & CSS, updating DNS etc. I’m not looking for a developer… but you do need to be comfortable messing around with code to get things live, fast.
You need to move fast. Really fast. Anyone who knows me knows how fast I move and how impatient I am about pretty much everything. So if you’re not a fast mover, or you’re a perfectionist that needs everything to be perfect before launching something, then this is not for you.
And you need to be open to learning. If you think you know it all already, then stop reading right now. I’ve been marketing online since 2001 and I know how much more I need to learn… so anyone I work with needs to love learning as much as I do because they know that the difference between where they are and where they want to be is finding the right knowledge and then implementing it.
What you’ll get…
You’ll learn about all aspects of online marketing faster than you ever thought possible. I move fast, and on a number of different fronts, and you’ll be my right hand implementing all of the online marketing initiatives for Web Profits and our various investments and ventures.
You’ll get hands-on experience writing sales copy, setting up email autoresponders and sales funnels, running social media campaigns, producing videos, experimenting with different traffic sources, working with different teams etc. and you’ll have the opportunity to continually improve what you do to get it up to the Web Profits standard (which is high).
You’ll get access to every training program I’ve purchased over the years – I would have spent more than $300,000 on training programs – and you’ll be required to watch as many of them as possible (don’t worry, I’ll work with you to create a training schedule – and it will be intense).
You’ll work directly with me and you’ll get the benefit (and challenge) of my personal coaching. Which means you won’t just learn about online marketing… you’ll also learn about productivity, time management, relationship building, management, building a business, launching new products, launching new businesses… you name it.
What I require of you…
This is not a 9-5 job… because I don’t work from 9 to 5. Think of this like an online marketing bootcamp where if you give me a year of your life, I’ll make you a better marketer than 99% of other marketers out there. And that requires commitment… sometimes you’ll be required to work weekends, sometimes evenings, sometimes holidays…
But I do like to have fun, so I’m not saying that this is how it’s going to be every week… but I’m not looking for someone who just wants this as a day job… this is a unique opportunity for a gifted marketer to accelerate their professional and business skills faster than most other opportunities out there… and they’re prepared to invest at least a year of their life to get there.
