As CSO, Fitz is responsible for Webprofits vision of growth through Fluid Marketing. His experience in performance marketing over the past decade has been first hand growing businesses - first in SEO where he developed and implemented multiple SEO strategies which generated millions of dollars in growth for Australian businesses; followed by leading Fluid Marketing campaigns for major Australian brands which became the foundation for their national and international expansion; and most recently leading global product launch campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world. Fitz is a leader in the integration of AI technology across growth marketing which he has identified as the biggest growth opportunity for businesses in 2023. He hosts the Strategy Led Podcast where he provides clear guidance for businesses around how they can leverage AI technology for their growth. He hails from Washington, D.C. in America and is a huge Baltimore Orioles fan. Fitz prides and challenges himself most on his ability to listen and learn - and the corresponding insight to keep an open mind as his first reaction is often wrong.

I believe there’s always a smarter, faster or better way of doing things. It’s after a decade I continue to love every day working at Webprofits as every stage of my career has proven the power of that mindset. I’ve experienced first-hand the constant disruption across digital and growth marketing, from the SEO algorithm updates of the early 2010s through the rise of Facebook Ads and powerful machine learning advertising algorithms, downfall of the tracking pixel and so many other developments in between. It’s within this disruption that I thrive.

The acceleration of development in AI technology promises to take this to a previously unimaginable level in 2023. The opportunities and threats of this moment are what motivate me every day to lead the way Webprofits and our clients grow through this disruption.
